Hula Hooping with Katie Sunshine

10:30 am – 11:30 am every morning at the Hideout Stage (Excellent Activity For All Ages!)

Thunder

Day One On-Body Hooping: It’s never too late to try hula hooping again! This workshop will focus on ways to keep the hoop going around your waist, how to turn with the hoop, spin with the hoop, and control the speed of your hoop. No previous hooping experience required.
Day Two Off-Body Hooping: Don’t think hula hooping has to be around your waist! This class will focus on hooping on your arms and hands, weaves, tosses, and passes. You’ll be amazed to learn all the things you can do with a hula hoop. No previous hooping experience required.
Day Three Hooping Combos: Katie will show you several moves you can string together to make your own hoop dance. New tricks will be introduced and transition moves will be addressed.

Fishing

You’ll find some great fishing opportunities at Mulberry Mountain.

Enjoy fishing while at Thunder on the Mountain! Fish in one of our four stocked mini-lakes or enjoy private access to ½ mile of the Mulberry River. The mini-lakes at Mulberry Mountain are also stocked with a variety of fish and can be easily accessed anytime. The river is also an excellent choice when angling for small mouth, large mouth and spotted bass or green and long-ear sunfish. *Arkansas Fishing License Required
