RV Passes

What do you consider an RV?
The following vehicles are considered an RV, and every RV entering the festival requires an RV Camping Pass:

1.) Any size RV: Class A, Class B or Class C

2.) Any size Bus

3.) Any vehicle wider or longer than a normal 15 passenger van

4.) Any vehicle Towing a trailer, camper, RV or 5th wheel of any size. If you’re hitching anything, it’s an RV.

Please note: Box Trucks are not allowed on the festival grounds.

RV @ Riverside - $199

  • $199 per RV, plus fees and taxes
  • The Riverside Campground is a more affordable and quiet RV Camping option. You are also within steps to cooling off in the beautiful Mulberry River.
  • RV Unreserved @ Riverside is located 3 miles south of the main festival venue.   Free shuttles run around-the-clock, and they will transport you to and from the Main Venue.
  • RV Passes are good for all three days of the festival. You do not need to purchase an RV Pass for each night.
  • This is primitive RV camping only: No water or electric hookups are provided. There are no RV dump stations at Riverside.
  • Generators are allowed.
  • Support Vehicles are not permitted: one RV Unreserved pass is valid for only one oversized vehicle.  Sorry folks, no extra cars or trucks can tag along with your oversized vehicle.

About General Admission Tickets

What kind of tickets do I need to enter the festival?

1 Event Pass per person + 1 Camping Pass or 1 Parking Pass per vehicle = OK!

 

It’s pretty simple: each person needs a ticket, and each vehicle needs a ticket too.
Carpool and save money! Up to 5 people can ride in one vehicle, and split the cost of camping or parking.

Large vehicles require an RV Pass.
This includes all RVs, buses, campers and trailers of any size. If you’re hitching anything, it’s an RV.

You cannot enter any part of the festival without an Event Pass per person and a Camping/Parking Pass per vehicle.
You cannot come without tickets and “just tailgate with friends” or “just see some friends at their campsite.”

What is the difference between Camping, Parking, and RV Passes?

A Camping Pass is for setting up camp on the festival grounds, and sleeping in a tent at night.
Camping Passes are good for all three days of the festival. You do not need to purchase a Camping Pass for each night.
Campsite size, camping in large groups, and our “first come, first served” policy is available in our Camping Page.

Large vehicles require an RV Pass.
This includes all RVs, buses, campers and trailers of any size. If you’re hitching anything, it’s an RV.

A Parking Pass is perfect if you want to tailgate for the day, see some music, then leave the festival grounds every night.
Please note: you cannot leave your vehicle in the Day Parking lot overnight.

In a nutshell: You cannot enter the festival -or any part of the festival- before your listed gate time. You cannot come early and “just set up camp for the night.” If you arrive before your gate time, you will be turned around.

>>Don’t forget! Each person requires their own Event Pass to enter the festival, and each vehicle requires a Camping Pass or Parking Pass. Up to 5 people can ride in one vehicle and split the cost of camping.

You cannot enter the festival – or any part of the festival – without an Event Pass per person and a Camping Pass or Parking Pass per vehicle. You cannot come without an Event Pass and “just tailgate with friends” or “just see some friends at their campsite.”

ARKANSAS SALES TAX and ARKANSAS TOURISM TAX: All tickets have a 7.5% Arkansas Sales Tax added during the purchase. In addition to sales tax, all camping passes also have a 2% Arkansas Tourism Tax added during the purchase. These taxes are included in the Service Charge during your check out.
