General Ticket Questions
General Admission

1 Event Pass per person + 1 Camping or Parking Pass per vehicle = OK!

NOTE: Camping is included in the VIP ticket cost, so there is no need to purchase any additional camping passes with VIP if you are coming in a standard vehicle such a car, truck or SUV.
While RVs are allowed in VIP camping, the purchase of a separate $299 “RV PASS for VIP” is required. General Admission
Each person entering the festival requires their own Event Pass such as Three Day, Two Day or Single Day. All ages, from newborns to grannies, require a paid admission ticket for Three Day and Two Day Passes. Specially priced Single Day Passes for children ages 12 and younger will be available for purchase in March.
In addition to each person having their own Event Pass, every vehicle entering the festival requires a Camping or Parking Pass such as Main Venue, West Woods, or Day Parking. Up to 5 people can ride in one vehicle and split the cost of camping or parking. RVs and other oversized vehicles require an RV Pass.
VIP
Each person entering the festival requires their own VIP Pass. Specially priced Children VIP tickets are available for children ages 1 through 16.
Camping is included in the VIP ticket cost, so there is no need to purchase any additional camping passes with VIP if you are coming in a normal sized vehicle such a car, truck or SUV.

In a nutshell: whether you’re coming, going or staying, your curfew is at midnight each night. Be home before curfew, and we’ll let ya back into the festival. Otherwise you’ll be waiting till morning.

RVs
1.) Any size RV: Class A, Class B, or Class C
2.) Any size Bus
3.) Any vehicle wider or longer than a normal 15 passenger van
4.) Any vehicle Towing a trailer, camper, RV or 5th wheel of any size. If you’re hitching anything, it’s an “RV.”
All “RVs” require an RV Unreserved Camping Pass or Reserved Campsite pass. Please visit our Ticket Page for more information in particular the “RV Camping Passes.”
Any vehicle that requires an RV Pass but arrives on site without an RV Pass will be turned around. This rule is strictly enforced, and absolutely NO exceptions are made.

Payment Plans: your third and final payment is due on May 1, 2013 on the credit card stored on file. Once your third and final payment is successful, your tickets will then ship by the shipping option you chose during your purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for ANY REASON. All acts, times and locations are subject to change without notice. You are buying ticket(s) to the festival, not to see a single band; artist cancellation of any kind is not grounds for a refund. Festival is RAIN or SHINE; Thunder on the Mountain reserves the right to limit stage sets during severe weather. Your safety is our #1 concern.
Thunder on the Mountain has in-house photography and video staff roaming the festival grounds for footage. Ticket users consent to their image being used by Thunder on the Mountain, especially if you stop and pose for the media staff.
You exchange your ticket for a wristband; wristbands are VOID if removed, exchanged, transferred, tampered or altered in any way (including cutting off the excess fabric). Counterfeited tickets and/or wristbands will be confiscated, and the persons holding, using, wearing or selling counterfeit ticket(s) and/or wristband(s) will be ejected from the festival and are subject to prosecution under local, state and federal laws.
Use caution when enjoying the many activities at the festival; participation in any activities are at your sole discretion. Thunder on the Mountain cannot be held liable for any injuries or property damage that result from your participation in these activities.
All persons determined by Thunder on the Mountain to be acting in an illegal, offensive or disorderly fashion will be ejected from the festival without refund. All persons and vehicles are subject to a security search for illegal or prohibited contraband. If you are removed from the festival for any reason, you will not be allowed back into the festival even with the purchase of a new ticket.
The same people who operate all of Pipeline Ticketing are the same people who run the Box Office during the festival. Any and all last minute ticket issues need to be addressed at the Box Office directly. “Last minute” includes trying to contact Pipeline Ticketing via phone or email from Saturday June 1 through Saturday June 8, and “ticket issues” includes anything related to tickets, purchased tickets, and attempted ticket purchases to the Thunder on the Mountain Country Music Festival. While we at Pipeline Ticketing have every intention to answer the phones and email account during the festival, it is NOT guaranteed as we are busy running the Thunder on the Mountain Box Offices. All ticket sales are final! There are no refunds for “I tried to get a hold of you, but no one answered.” Come see us at the Box Office, we’re there to help you!
